CRM - it is a Customer Relationship Mode.

sales of services and to make it available not only for employees
in the main office, but also for managers in business trips or working
in branches. By the help of this mode manager

CRM is integrated with Cargo system, so one can get accounting about
cargos turnover in this mode.
